1-on-1 Training: $100 per session after the free intro session

10 1-on-1 Sessions: $950

25 1-on-1 Sessions: $2125

*We are happy to work with small groups (up to 4 athletes). Pricing for Small Group Training is $75/person.

*ALL athletes must enroll in 5 Rings Basic Training prior to participating in any class. However, if you are proficient in the Squat/Deadlift/Bench Press/Over-Head Press and experienced with the Olympic lifts, let a coach know and you can TRY to test out of Basic Training. Test out fee is $50.

Online Coaching/Programming

$75 a month for non members

$50 a month for members

$50 for meet day coaching
